  1. Demonstrable in 15 seconds of video. If you can’t show the value-prop in 15 seconds, it won’t survive a TikTok feed.
  2. Solves a clear, specific problem. Vague aspirational products don’t convert cold traffic.
  3. AOV $30–$80 for low-ticket (or $500+ for high-ticket).
  4. 3x+ markup possible at retail vs supplier cost.
